DVD Buying InforMation

Before ordering a DVD please make sure you have carefully read the DVD descriptions so you are sure of what you are ordering.

technical Details

All DVD's are in DVD-R format. This means your DVD player must support DVD-R discs in order for you to view these DVDs. So please check your DVD player to make sure it supports this format before you order a DVD. If DVD-R isn't listed on your DVD player then you can look it up in your DVD manual or look up your DVD model online and check that way.

Refunds

There are no refunds, but if you encounter a problem with the discs please email me immediately and we will work out a beneficial solution. I completely understand being weary of ordering edits so I would suggest to those of you having doubts about it - try ordering one disc as a sample. That way if you are unhappy with the disc you don't waste time and money ordering a lot of discs you don't like.

Disc Editing

These discs are edited to Jax and Brenda scenes. This means the discs are not full episodes of General Hospital. They only include Brenda scenes, Jax scenes, J&B scenes, and scenes relevant to them. So please understand that what is in the disc descriptions really is what is on the discs.

Disc Quality

The disc quality is between good, very good, and excellent. However, the discs should not ever be viewed in high definition DVD players or televisions that only allow you to watch it in HDTV. High Definition magnifies the picture quality to 4 times the regular television quality and if you watch the DVDs in this format they will look extremely blurry and rough. All of the screencaps posted here: http://jaxbrenda.com/Gallery/JaxBrendaScreencaps, are directly from the DVDs. So you should be able to get a taste for the quality from those.
