J&B at the penthouse planning their wedding.
Jerry shows up and gives Jax and update on Veronica's mental state.
Brenda meets with Jason at the grill. She tells him she's scared for he
and Robin but happy that they are happy. Veronica visits Jax. It's clear
she has a mental problem. Jax and Jerry find out that Veronica has been
in and out of sanitariums throughout Europe. Jerry goes to meet with her
doctors. They both hide the truth from Brenda when she gets back. J&B
discuss Veronica. Brenda is softening toward her. At Brenda's cottage
J&B plan to have some alone time together after he gets back from his
business meeting. Veronica visits Brenda and they start to bond. Jax
meets with Veronica's doctors. He finds out Veronica is slowing going
crazy and will eventually die from her mental illness. Jax also finds
out her condition is genetic and there's a 50/50 chance Brenda has the
disease.
Jax returns to break the sad news to Brenda.
Very emotional scenes where Jax tells Brenda not only is her mother
dying from this mental illness but there's a chance Brenda could die as
well. Brenda is shattered and tries to push Jax away. She wants to spare
him. Jax refuses to leave her and they recite their vows to each other.
The next day, Brenda goes to see Veronica. She tells her that she knows
what is going on and everything about the illness. Veronica is so sad
and upset that she did this to Brenda. Brenda wants to help her.
Veronica agrees. Jax sadly talks to V about the situation. She is very
supportive. Brenda returns to Jax. She tells him she's going to take the
test to find out if she has the disease. Jax is relieved. They hold each
other. Veronica secretly leaves PC.
Jax and Jerry talk about Brenda taking the
test. Brenda comes down stairs. Sweet Brenda & Jerry scene where he
tells her he's going to be there for her. Brenda worries with Jax over
taking the test. J&B go to the hospital and sadly take the test. Jax
tries to be positive for Brenda. J&B make love in a long and tender
montage set to "I don't wanna miss a thing" by Aerosmith. They cuddle
afterward and have hope for the future.
The next day Brenda sadly tells Robin about
her mother and the disease, Robin is sad for her and tries to comfort
her. Brenda is really worried for Jax. Jax talks to Jerry on the docks.
Jerry doesn't want Jax to marry Brenda if she's sick. He's also worried
for Jax. Jax explains to Jerry that Brenda is his world and he will
never leave her and he will never be happy without her in his life.
Jerry understands. Mike sees Brenda crying in the lobby of the PC hotel.
They have a sweet conversation. Mike tells Brenda he loves her and she's
like the daughter he never had. On the docks, Robin and Jax discuss
Brenda. Jax decides to move the wedding up and marry Brenda tomorrow.
Robin is excited and promises she will be prepared to be an instant
bridesmaid. Meanwhile the hotel manager informs Brenda her mother has
checked out of the hotel. .Brenda uses the PI Jax hired to track her
down. Brenda sets off to find her. She leaves Jax a message telling him
what's going on.
Brenda finds Veronica in the hotel and
convinces her to come back to PC with her. Meanwhile Jax and Jerry
search for Brenda and Veronica from a helicopter and are watching as
Veronica takes hold of the wheel and drives it over the cliff with
Brenda inside. Jax dives in after them, but is unable to find them. Jax
breaksdown with Jerry on the cliffs while the coastguard continues to
search. After a while it becomes evident that Brenda is dead. Jax is in
shambles. These scenes are so sad. Bring the kleenex. Jax returns to his
empty PH with Jerry and wants to be alone. He has flashbacks of Brenda
and cries. Jerry tells Bobbie that Brenda is dead. Very sad scenes where
he related to her how much Jax loved Brenda and what losing her is going
to do to him.
The next day, Mac sadly tells V that Brenda
is dead. A grief stricken Jax goes to tell Robin that Brenda is gone.
Robin breaks down in Jason's arms :( She's shattered. Jax sadly relates
to them the details of the accident. He then goes to the Qs and breaks
the sad news to them. Everyone cries and is upset especially Ned and
Emily. Jason tells Mike that Brenda is dead. *sob* Poor Mike, he cries
and doesn't want to believe it. Jason tries to comfort him but is
obviously sad himself. V is home when Jax gets back. She's taking care
of everything for him. She hold back her tears and helps him call Julia.
A defeated Jax calls Julia to tell her that her sister is dead. Jax
later collapses in a chair crying. Jason leaves to tell Sonny the news.
Jax's parents arrive. :(
It's the day of Brenda's memorial. Emily goes
to a modeling shoot with Nickolas. Everyone is remembering Brenda and
very sad. Emily cries a little and tries to get through the shoot as
there are pictures of Brenda up everywhere. Julia arrives. She blames
Jax for Brenda's death. She screams at poor Jax :( Jerry tries to
intervene. Jax is finally able to explain to Julia what Brenda was like
before she died. She wanted to love her mother and be close to her.
Julia breaks down crying. Everyone gets ready for Brenda's memorial.

Jax and Jerry share a close moment before the
memorial. Both are dressed in suits.
Jax: I loved her you know.
Jerry: I know
Jax: It was like nothing I've ever
experienced in my life or will again.
Jerry: And one this is certain...She knew you
loved her too. (smiles) All you had to do was look into her eyes to see
it. From everything I've heard, those last few months were probably the
best of her life..and not just because she found herself. It was because
she found you. You loved her unconditionally and not many people get to
have that in thier lives. So...if she had to go, at least she had it.
Jax: (tears in his eyes) It should have been
me.
Jerry: Don't go there
Jax: I mean it Jerry, I would have given my
life for her in a second.

Brenda's death montage plays to Sarah
McLachlan's "Angel" and "I will remember you." Scenes of Brenda&Jagger,
Brenda& Sonny, Brenda with her friends, and of course J&B. SO sad. After
the service Jax, Jerry, and his parents are with him at the PH. They
want him to move back to Alaska with them for a while. Jax tells them he
needs to be alone. He feels close to Brenda in the PH and wants to stay
there. They all leave. Jax listens to the last message Brenda left him
on the answering machine over and over. Mac comes over to offer his
sympathies. Brenda's test results arrive, Jax burns them. Jax closes his
eyes and remembers Brenda. "In This Room" montage plays.
Everyone else in PC grieves. Emily, The Qs,
Robin & Jason, Mike. So sad :( Jason tells Mike that Sonny already knew
Brenda had died. Jason tells mike that Sonny said he jerked up in the
middle of the night and knew Brenda was gone. Mike is heart broken. V
arrives at the PH. Jax tells her about Brenda's message and how he keeps
replaying it to hear her tell him that she loves him :( The FBI arrives
to arrest Jax. It's been uncovered that Jerry and John Jax are in bed
with the mob. V is horrified. Robin grieves with Jason. Montage of Jax
being booked and taken to his cell at the PCPD. Jason has decided to get
out of the mob, Robin wants to move into Brenda's cottage. She can't
stand the idea of strangers living there. Ned shares his grief over
Brenda with Alexis. Very sad :(
Robin and Jason visit the cottage. Robin is
so sad as she remembers the times she shared with Brenda there. For the
first time Jason relates to Robin how much he grew to respect and care
about Brenda too. Disc ends with Jax coming into Brenda's cottage to see Jason looking at a
picture of Brenda.
