Brenda continues to go insane. She cuts her
face out of all her modeling pictures. Jax and Robin on the plane back
from Paris. Jax tells Robin about Brenda's breakdown. Brenda and Robin
have a happy reunion. However, things start to deteriorate as Brenda
begins to think Robin is Sonny's spy. Emily visits Brenda and tells
Brenda about Jason's new baby with Carly. Brenda uses this information
to throw in Robin's face. Brenda really isn't in her right mind at all.
The next day Ned arrives and tells Brenda that not only is her money
gone but Star tv is suing her for everything she has. Things are not
looking good.
*there's about a 5
minutes space here where the screen goes blue. Just FF until you get to
the video. Like I said, it's only about 5 minutes so no worries.*
After Ned leaves, Brenda goes postal on
Robin. She's downright evil to her (Brenda has really lost it at this
point). Jax comes in, Robin leaves. Brenda and Jax have it out. Jax
leaves. Brenda tries to commit suicide. She nearly cuts herself with
scissors and then runs out of her house. Jax comes back to find her gone
and her house in disarray. He runs to Jason's. Jason has guards
following her, Brenda is at Lily's grave. Brenda has a long monologue at
Lily's grave where she comes to a lot of realizations. The main one is
she doesn't want die, and decides to start living her life. Jax watches
her from afar.
The next morning it seems that Brenda's
mental breakdown is over. She apologizes to Robin for being so horrible.
Robin of course forgives her and they decide to move in together. Cute
scenes. Gail Baldwin visits Brenda at her cottage and is so happy to see
Brenda doing so well. Brenda calls Jax to apologize to him. The next day
Brenda comes home to find Jax building a fire in her fire place. Brenda
can tell he's worried about something, he tells her that he has to go
away to rescue Jerry who is missing. Brenda is relieved. She's glad he
gets some time off from worrying about her. Poor Jax though, he's still
really worried about leaving her. Brenda assured him that she's going to
be fine. They discuss her career. Brenda tells him she's thinking of
going back to modeling even though she's heard that Lucy has hired
another model. Jax doesn't think modeling is good for her as it hurts to
much for her to be in front of the camera. Brenda tells him about what
happened at Lily's grave. Jax eventually leaves to go find Jerry.
Brenda and Ned at the PC Grill the next day
discussing her future. She has no money and a ton of lawsuits. Ned wants
to help her by giving her money. She refuses and decides to sell her L&B
stock as a way to get out of debt. Ned is sweet with her. Robin and
Brenda brainstorm about what Brenda is going to do now as a career.
Brenda decides to go see Lucy about her place as the Jack's cosmetics
model. Lucy's assistant is there. Brenda sees the shots of the new model
and realizes that he time as the Jacks Cosmetics model are officially
over. Brenda is sad but decides to take the bull by the horns and start
her career from scratch.
At the Outback Brenda and Robin go over all
of her modeling pictures to create a new portfolio for Brenda. Mac is
there acting weird (remember it's really the Mac clone.) Robin and
Brenda go to New York City to try and find Brenda an agent. Funny
montage plays of Brenda getting rejected by every modeling agent she
goes too LOL. They finally find someone who will hire Brenda. However
they want Brenda to pose nude. Robin and Brenda play a joke on the woman
and then leave. Back at Brenda's cottage V calls, Jax's plane is
missing. Brenda freaks out and worries herself silly as Robin tries to
calm her down. Brenda realizes how much Jax truly means to her. This is
the point where you can see things start to change for Brenda concerning
her feelings for Jax romantically. Luckily Jax walks through the door.
Brenda fly's into his arms and Jax tells them the story about how he and
Jerry got into a fight when Jerry's girlfriend Ashley abandoned him on
an island. Brenda tells Jax about her modeling trip to NY, he gives her
a pair of ice skates.
Brenda sees Jax at the PC grill. Jax gives
Brenda cookies, very cute. Then Jax's date Ashley shows up. Brenda is
kind of sad that Jax is dating again. Ashley is Jerry's ex girlfriend so
why Jax would date her is beyond me. Ashley makes Brenda feel self
conscious about her career and mental health problems. Brenda leaves.
Brenda and Robin at the PC grill. Robin is having problems with Jason.
Later Brenda and Jason meet. Brenda wants Jason to stay away from Robin.
Jax holds a party at his penthouse in honor
the new docks renovation project. The whole town is there. Ashley is
Jax's hostess for the night. And every time Brenda tries to talk to Jax,
Ashley runs over and interferes. All the Qs are happy to see Brenda and
give her a warm welcome. Ned and Brenda cuddle. Watching Jax with
Ashley is enough to make Brenda hurl, so she gets out of there as fast
as she can with Ned and Alexis. Unfortunately when she gets down to the
lobby the hotel staff announces all the roads are blocked. Robin and
Brenda hang out in the PC grill waiting for the roads to clear. Jax and
Ashley show up. Brenda is less than thrilled.
The next day at the cottage, Brenda rants
about Jax and Ashley. Brenda wants Jax to be happy but it still hurts to
see him with someone else. Brenda gets a modeling gig as a Genie
promoting cars. She hides it from Robin. Brenda in a genie costume at
the car show promoting Genie motors. Funny stuff. Robin shows up and she
and Brenda laugh over the situation. At the Q mansion Jax and Ned
squabble over the docks project. Jax wants Ned to be tougher on Jason.
Brenda walks in and interrupts. She's there for business advice from
Ned. She also tells them about her new modeling gig. They are amused.
It's V-day Brenda invites Jax out and she is a little hurt when he tells
her he has plans. At the cottage, Brenda and Robin plan a surprise for
Jax. Jax arrives and Robin and Brenda giggle, Jax knows something is up.
Brenda leaves and Robin refuses to spill the secret. At the department
store Brenda runs into Jason and Carly shopping for clothes. Jason and
Brenda have there usual spat with Brenda's parting words."Congrats,
you've become Sonny." Brenda comes back home and tells Robin what
happened. Brenda arranges a surprise for Jax. Robin entertains him at
the cottage while Brenda does her photo shoot and gets ready for her
surprise. However Jax gets a phone call while he's waiting for Brenda
from a reporter. Jax goes to Brenda's photo shoot. She's embarrassed
that he's seeing her in her genie costume. He supports her.
Back at her cottage, Brenda asks Jax to marry
him. It's one of my favorite Brenda quotes ever: "The best times that
I've ever had in my whole life, the times that I've felt the most at
ease and the most myself, the times that I was the happiest and knew
exactly what I wanted because it was right in front of me were the times
I've spent with you. You've always given me exactly what I've needed,
which was usually to find my own way. and now I have and it's led me
back to you. (They kiss.)..Marry me." Jax of course can't say
yes. Brenda hurt him when she chose Sonny and he can't go back there
again. Brenda refuses to give up. Such a great scene.
Brenda receives another Genie Costume. The
Genie Motor people love her and want her to be in their commercials
show. Stefan Cassadine comes over when Brenda has her Genie Costume on.
LOL. He's there to see Robin. Brenda brings Jax a present. It's a Ned
Kelly book. He loves it. While at his PH she sees a tabloid magazine
with her on the cover. "Mac" is quoted as saying Brenda is a psycho in
there. (remember this is James the fake Mac, but of course no one knows
that yet.) Brenda and Jax go to the Outback to confront Mac about his
comments. Knowing this is a test, Mac doesn't deny it. Jax becomes
enraged and punches Mac. Brenda pulls Jax out of there. Back at his PH,
Brenda smiles over Jax defending her honor. They almost kiss. Jax's
walls are definitely crumbling. Brenda flies Oysters in for Jax. Brenda
later goes to talk to V about clearing Jax's schedule. Jax, Mac, and
Felicia are there. Brenda misunderstands the situation. Jax gets
suspicious of Brenda's reasons for seeing V. Downstairs at the Outback,
V and Brenda inform Jax that his schedule is clear and that Brenda is
kidnapping him. Jax tries to guess all the places Brenda could be taking
him. J&B on a plane. Much to Jax's surprise they arrive in Atlantic City
to gamble. Jax is delighted that Theo joins them. Theo also brings a
date, a Countess. She and Brenda get into a high stakes bet with Jax as
the prize. Brenda of course wins, she and Jax celebrate.
J&B return to PC and have breakfast at her
cottage. Brenda realizes Robin is missing (she's been kidnapped by Tony
Jones along with Baby Micheal.) Jax tells Brenda to stay put and goes to
get V, thinking he can use her police skills. Brenda runs to Jason's as
soon as Jax leaves. Jason tries to track Robin down with no luck.
Everyone thinks Moreno (Jason's mob rival) is the one who took Robin.
Jax comes to Jason's PH to get Brenda. He gives Jason to find Robin, and
then Jax is going to intervene. Jax takes Brenda back to the cottage,
she is crazy with worry, Jax tries to comfort her while V checks for
more clues. Tony holds Robin hostage, Robin is extremely sick with
pneumonia. At the PH, Jax and Brenda comfort each other over Robin and
relive some of their favorite memories of her. Jason shows up and grills
Brenda some more. Jason figures out where Robin is and rescues her
(rescue scenes are not on the disc.) Disc ends with Brenda running into
the hospital and hugging Robin. Jax is with her.
